Race Day With Qualifying:

The first race day of each month includes qualifying. Qualifying for each division is the first round of events, a
heat race for each division is the second round of events and a feature/main race for each division is the
third round of events. A full day of racing begins at 11:15 am immediately following the handler's meeting and
lasts until around 5:30 pm. The exact length of the race day depends on the number of cars and divisions
racing that day.

There is a pill drawing at sign-in for qualifying order. Qualifying order will be from highest pill draw to lowest
pill draw number. The driver with the lowest pill draw number in a racing class will qualify last and the driver
with the highest pill draw number will qualify first. Points will be awarded for qualifying, the heat race and the
feature race based on the table at the bottom of this page.

The starting lineup for the heat race will be a complete inversion off of the qualifying time. If the number of
cars requires more than one heat race in a division there will be an "A" heat and a "B" heat as well as an "A"
main and a "B" main. Slower cars will be eliminated and only the fastest cars will be in the "A" feature/main
race. There is a maximum of 11 cars in a race for senior divisions (age 9 and up) and 9 cars for junior
divisions (age 5 through 8).

Race Day Without Qualifying:

Non-qualifying race days have two heats and a feature/main race per division instead of qualifying, one heat
and a feature/main race.
A full day of racing begins at 11:15 am immediately following the handler's meeting
and lasts until around 5:30 pm. The exact length of the race day depends on the number of cars and
divisions racing that day.

There is a pill drawing at sign-in to determine the positions for the first round of heats. The order will be from
lowest pill draw number to the highest pill draw number. The driver with the lowest number in a racing class
will start in the 1st position and the driver with the highest number in a racing class will start in the last
position.

The second round of heat races will be inverted off of the STARTING order of the first heat race. The top 5
seniors (top 4 juniors) in total points from the two heat races will be inverted for the feature/main race. All
other cars will be lined up after the inverted cars with the highest points to the lowest points. In the event of a
tie in points either the pill draw for non qualifying days or the qualifying time will be used to break the tie. The
lowest number or time gets the better spot.

If the number of cars requires more than one heat there will be an "A" and "B" set of both heats. The lowest
pill draw number will be the pole of the "A" heat and the next lowest pill draw number will be the pole of the
"B" heat. The cars in the "A" and "B" groups stay together in both sets of heats for that division. The top 5
seniors (top 4 juniors) in total points from the two events will be inverted for the "A" main event only. All other
cars will be lined up after the inverted cars with the highest points to the lowest points. There will be NO
inversion of the lower or "B" main cars. In the event of a tie in points either the pill draw for non qualifying
days or the qualifying time will be used to break the tie. The lowest number or time gets the better spot.
